The Outdoor Care Plan: Set It Once, We Handle the Rest

What's included

• 2 power washes a year — driveway, patio or pool deck, and walkways.
• 1 BBQ grill deep clean a year — the full deep clean, inside and out.
• We schedule it — you get a reminder before each visit, not another thing to remember.
• Photo report after every visit — before & after pictures texted to you. Perfect if you're up north for the summer.
• Priority booking — plan members get first pick of dates before holidays and season.

What it costs

Bought separately, the plan's visits add up to about $993 (grill deep clean $295 + two power washes at $349). Plan members don't pay that:

• $890 for the year, prepaid — one payment, everything scheduled, price locked for 12 months.
• Or $89/month — first and last month collected when you sign up.
• Our promise: if we ever miss your scheduled visit window, that visit is free.
